This Privacy Policy describes how Mullen Law LLC handles your personal information when you use our website and engage our services. This Privacy Policy does not cover information that is exchanged as part of an attorney-client relationship.  Attorney-client relationships are governed by the terms of the engagement and the relevant laws and rules of professional responsibility that apply to the legal profession.

Information We Collect About You
Mullen Law LLC collects personal information you choose to provide through the website.  For example, you may provide us personal information when you ask to be on our mailing list, request information or publications, or register for an event we are hosting.  The personal information may include name, address, telephone numbers, and other contact information.

How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to communicate with you about legal developments in your case.  These communications may involve emails, telephone calls, and SMS messages.  You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time.

Sharing Your Information
Mullen Law LLC does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.  We do not provide telephone numbers to third parties without your express consent.

Consent to SMS
Our law firm’s clients contact an attorney directly via the law firm’s telephone, email, or SMS. The firm’s telephone number is (720) 779-3006.   Initiating a conversational contact via SMS to the firm’s phone number constitutes consent. Clients assume they can text the firm’s phone number and expect an SMS response. We solely use SMS to respond to conversational inquiries initiated by our clients and to notify our clients of time-sensitive information related directly to your case.  We estimate you will receive SMS messages on average one time monthly, unless you make a conversational inquiry that requires more frequent SMS messaging.

Opt-In Message
Text START to the firm’s telephone number to receive text messages from the firm’s telephone.  Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates may apply. To end messaging from the firm, reply with STOP. Reply with HELP for more information.

To protect your personal information, Mullen Law LLC maintains appropriate safeguards to avoid unauthorized disclosure.  No systems or electronic data transmissions are completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that these measures will prevent a third party from unlawfully accessing this information.  Our website is operated in the United States, so information submitted to our website will be transmitted to us in the United States.  If you are located outside the United States, please note that in using the website you may be transferring your personal information to a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your home country.
